1. Who we are

Novashift LLC ("Novashift", "we") operates novashifthealth.com. Novashift is a technology and administrative services company. We do not practice medicine, employ physicians or dispense medication.

2. Medical services

Medical services are provided by independent, U.S.-licensed physicians affiliated with MD Integrations' partner medical practices. Novashift does not provide medical care. Your physician exercises independent medical judgment. A prescription is never guaranteed and is issued only if your physician determines it is appropriate.

3. Pharmacy services

Prescriptions are filled by independent licensed pharmacies, currently Belmar Pharma Solutions. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, located in an eligible U.S. state, and provide accurate and complete information.

5. Payments and subscriptions

You are charged only after a physician approves your treatment. Plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. See Cancellations & Refunds.

6. Not for emergencies

Our services are not for emergencies. Call 911 in an emergency.

7. Limitation of liability, disputes, governing law
