How it works
1. Complete your online assessment
Answer questions about your goals, medical history, medications and allergies. It takes about 10 minutes. You must be 18 or older and located in an eligible U.S. state.
2. A licensed physician reviews your case
Medical services are provided by independent, U.S.-licensed physicians affiliated with MD Integrations' partner medical practices. Novashift does not provide medical care. Your physician reviews your information, may ask follow-up questions by secure message, and decides whether treatment is appropriate. In some states, a video visit is required before a prescription can be issued.
3. If prescribed, your medication is shipped to you
Prescriptions are sent electronically to Belmar Pharma Solutions, a licensed U.S. pharmacy (LegitScript certified · NABP accredited). The pharmacy prepares your medication for you individually and ships it directly to your address, with cold-chain packaging when required.
4. Ongoing care
Message your care team anytime. Your physician checks in regularly to review your progress and adjust or stop treatment when appropriate. You can pause or cancel your plan at any time.
Payment
You are not charged until a physician approves your treatment. If a physician determines treatment isn't appropriate, you won't be charged for medication.
