Who are the physicians?
Medical services are provided by independent, U.S.-licensed physicians affiliated with MD Integrations' partner medical practices. Novashift does not provide medical care.
Will I definitely get a prescription?
No. A physician decides based on your assessment. If treatment isn't appropriate, you won't be prescribed medication and you won't be charged for it.
Which pharmacy prepares my medication?
Belmar Pharma Solutions, a licensed U.S. pharmacy (LegitScript certified · NABP accredited). See our Pharmacy information page for details.
Are compounded medications FDA-approved?
No. Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed pharmacy for an individual patient pursuant to a prescription. They are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality.
Which states do you serve?
We serve adults 18+ in eligible U.S. states. Some states require a video visit with a physician. Availability is confirmed during your assessment.
How is my information protected?
Your medical information is collected and stored by your medical providers in a HIPAA-compliant system. See our Privacy Policy.
Can I cancel?
